By accessing and using DevSmith Tools ("the Service"), available at devsmithtools.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DevSmith Tools provides free, browser-based developer utilities including but not limited to:

• Code formatters and validators (JSON, XML, YAML, SQL, CSS)
• Encoders and decoders (Base64, URL, JWT, HTML entities)
• Generators (UUID, password, hash, Lorem Ipsum, cron expressions)
• Converters (text case, color formats, timestamps)
• Testing and debugging tools (regex tester, URL parser)

All tools operate entirely within your web browser. No data is transmitted to our servers during tool use.

Permission is granted to use DevSmith Tools for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following:

• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tools beyond what is available in the browser
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that overloads our infrastructure
• You may not frame or embed our tools on another website without permission

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or reliability of tool outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Security of generated passwords or cryptographic outputs

You are solely responsible for verifying tool outputs before using them in production systems. Do not rely on our tools as the sole source of truth for security-sensitive operations.

In no event shall DevSmith Tools, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
